Overall seems like a good guy, looked up a few tapes solid guy for the G5 level, most the time these are very transitional jobs for guys wanting to get full time Assistant Coaching jobs or moving up (P4) or they move on in a couple years (as we have seen) $$$ issues at this level.
Strong Hair game maybe be a little out-of-place for the staff and will need to work on filling-in an improving the bread game a bit.
