The MWC had just two players drafted - one in round 5 (Colo. St.) and one in round 7 (AF).
The Sun Belt Conference had 6 players drafted. The American Conference had 5.
At no point in 2023 was any MWC team ranked in the Top 25.
In the final AP "other receiving votes" rankings, teams like Liberty, James Madison, and Troy received more votes than any MWC team.

How many from the MWC who transferred to P5 programs were drafted? I know at least one, former Aztec Patrick McMorris out of Cal. |
