very good article and pleased to hear that the coaching staff is trying to connect and establish relationships and information to a wide variety of coaches

Great article Paul. Thanks for sharing. I think we'll have a much better relationship with local and other SoCal HS coaches with this staff.

can you compare what the new staff did and Brady- Rocky - totally the same or any differences Well, a major difference is they opened it to the media. Haha ... these events are very typical across the industry. The skill in connecting to people is what makes or breaks them.

I do know a few coaches at local schools who send a lot of players to D1 schools have said in the past that they never heard from Rocky or Brady about any of their players. I know that's hearsay, and some college coaches have the philosophy of concentrating on players from out of town, knowing many like to leave their local environment. It definitely can't hurt though, to have open communication with as many local coaches as possible, even if it's just for the unknown players that haven't broken out yet.
