Aztec Football - NIL - Golf Tournament Dinner

Hello Friends (Jim Nance Voice),

This is a post I should have made weeks ago, but I'm a volunteer with a family and a business to run, so my apologies.

Our first annual Aztec Link Golf Tournament will be happening Friday, April 19th @ Twin Oaks Golf Club (San Marcos). We are almost sold out on golfers but wanted to invite Aztec Mesa to come out to the dinner which will start at about 5:30/6pm at Twin Oaks.

Dinner only tickets are $75 and you'll have the opportunity to rub elbows with a bunch of ex-players, talk shop with our football coaches and hear from Head Coach Sean Lewis on the upcoming season, how spring practice has gone and what the current college football landscape looks like.

REQUEST:

If you want to support Aztec Football but cannot make it out, or maybe your finances don't allow for a contribution...CAN I ASK you to consider a Silent Auction donation?

This is going to be the single biggest place we make money at this tournament, and we need all the donations we can get.

Do you have:

--> Sports Tickets you could donate?
--> Sports Memorabilia you could donate?
--> Relationship with a local company that could donate something of value?

There's a million possibilities...just wanted to put an ask out to our most loyal fans to see if we can make this tournament as good as possible!

For stuff like this is when I’m bummed I don’t live in SD. I forwarded your post to our Aztec Thread of about 11 people- 9 live in SD. Some already are long time FB & BB season ticket holders and some also donate to the school, FB & BB programs and the Mesa Foundation.

Anyone know someone at the Padres?? They are the only sports team in town not contributing...

This would be an AWESOME prize to win!

A number of years ago... had a co-worker that performed there a few times... and offered to get me in if I was ever in LA (I worked in our SF office at the time). He was our IT guy and always performed for us when he traveled to NorCal. He always astounded us... and he always said he was garbage compared to most of the performers.

Is it still true that if you book a night at the Magic Castle Hotel that you can score an invite?
