I was the first one to say before last season that the women's team was going to the sweet 16. I said this as soon as the 08/09 season was over. Turns out I was right. I think both the men and women with take home the conference crowns! I think they both will make a sweet 16 run and the men will end the regular season ranked in the top 20! It will be hard to top what we did with both programs last season but that bar is going to be raised this season coming up!

Being better without Jene and Q is going to be tough. Hang in there, Matt

Not sure about the women. Possibly make the NCAA. The men: I truly believe the Elite 8.(barring injury and anything else)

Being better without Jene and Q is going to be tough. Hang in there, Matt I agree that it will be tough, but with the players coming in and Stamps getting healthy it will be doable. We will really miss those two ladies.

Even losing the backcourt for the women, there is a lot talent on both teams, and a lot of talented players coming up to graduation - next year (or is it now this year?) is when a lot of good things could, maybe should, and possibly must happen. The lack of front court players - right now - after next year tells me 2012 is a rebuilding year.

Women sneak into tourney as a 12 seed win the first round game before losing.
Men get a 9 seed, lose the first round game
