 It's going to be a high of 86 degrees on Saturday up there. Anyone not under the canopies might be in trouble. BTW, once they are in the MWC they are going to have a hard time filling that stadium. |

I'm not sure, as I haven't seen the re-do -- but I think that must be an older photo of Reser.
As I understand it, that old-school section of stands between the goal lines closer to the photographer -- i.e. the away team's sideline -- was torn down during the last couple of years and has been replaced.
I've been to three games at Reser over the years, but it's been at least 20 years since the last time -- when Beaver Ken Simonton was carving through defenses. The remodel was done in stages over the last 10 years.

The remodel was done in stages over the last 10 years. My son is starting at OSU in 2-weeks; the campus itself is really beautiful. I had a chance to walk around their athletic facilities; they are really good and the remodel of Reser Stadium is top-notch. The last item for improvement is the sound-system, which is going to be replaced next month (not in time for our match-up). Here is the rendering of the remodel, which is pretty accurate. I won't get a chance to watch a game there until October during family weekend (vs. UCLA), but I'm looking forward to it and how it compares to Snapdragon.  |
