What ever happened to states rights?

how can this even possibly be legal when something is legal in one state and not in another? I thought conservatives were big on states rights? If I drive to Alabama, take a friend to California and help her get an abortion in California, how does he think he can charge me with anything?

What is a conservative these days? Their guiding principle seems to be to do whatever keeps them in power with a side of attacking women for existing.

"The Authority" can charge anybody with anything...it can say you violated the law...it can arrest you...charge you...put you in jail...give you your day in court...and attempt to persuade a jury of your peers of your guilt...but...at the end of the day...you have due process...you can appeal all the way up to the Supreme Court...The Authority may lose...but it takes you a lot of time, money and effort to go through the ordeal...so the AG's threat to prosecute is more of intimidation/deterrent strategy...until someone is brave enough to test its validity.
