A sad story coming out of Yosemite. Hayden T. Klemenok was on a hike with some fellow SDSU grads when he may have slipped into Chilnualna Creek above the Chilnualna Falls. Chilnualna Falls is a series of five falls dropping almost 700 feet, near Wawona (Southern entrance to Yosemite). I can assure you, the water is running cold, fast and high in the Chilnualna Creek, as well as the Southern Fork of the Merced River. Best wishes to his family and friends.
