President Trump made an appearance on CNN last night.
I’m sure there will be a divided opinion on what happened, but one thing was crystal clear. President Trump was as sharp witted as ever. It was such a sterling performance, YouTube has removed all content from their platform.
A sharp contrast to the half wit corpse we currently have, who simply lacks the cognitive ability to make any live appearances on television. He is like the dead guy from Weekend at Bernie’s, or the corpse on those insurance commercials when compared to Trump.

And I had a distinct feeling you'd be the one. Sterling performance. Well, that's one way to describe it. And no, there's plenty of clips on YouTube of the town hall. Plenty. The President of the United States isn't a charisma battle. It's not a personality contest. It's not about ego, narcissism or anything other than an ability to govern. This shows me even further proof of how detached from reality we've become. This wasn't a performance, I'm not watching a play or a symphony. It was an orchestrated choice by CNN to appeal to Trump voters to reestablish their base in the wake of Fox's issues. Trump admitted to multiple felonies (again) in front of three million TV viewers. He stands very little chance of winning an actual election, staring down the barrel of federal indictments.

If by "sharp witted as ever" you mean continuing to falsely insist that the election was rigged, praising 1/6 rioters, and mocking the woman he is guilty of sexually abusing/defaming, then yes, well done.

I’m just contrasting Trump to the hologram in chief, whose handlers obviously aren’t confident Biden can handle a live interview. If he could, he would be on the Dem controlled media 24/7. Even the liberal press is kind of pissed off with the lack of presidential access. Trump seems as feisty, snarky and confident as ever. “If I were president the war in Ukraine would have ended in a day.” Of course your opinion of Trump will be negative, you are blinded by partisanship and incapable of admitting that electing a mentally fading 80 year old was a colossal #%&k up.

and....trump was pushing for a debt default..and those brain deads in the audience were cheering!! of course trump wants a default. A default equals chaos, and chaos is where trump thrives. He would have the opportunity to blame the Dems. Of course the economic crisis it would create, would likely cause numerous deaths and suicides, and instability "the likes of which we have never seen". orange cancer would love every second of it.

Being a politician is all about charisma, that is the key attribute any one who wants to succeed in politics absolutely must have. As far as the accusations against Trump, he claims they are a witchhunt, and I am inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt. It is definitely possible for a political party and political operative to handpick a court and jury which will render a verdict acceptable to them. I remember when Obama, Carter, Clinton, Bush, and Reagan, all left office. All of those guys were clearly aged and looked physically, haggard after four or eight years as president. Trump looked as strong as ever. Biden looks like he is ready to croak any day now. I certainly hope that doesn’t happen, but really, the guy looks extra sleepy.

Trump looked as strong as ever. Biden looks like he is ready to croak any day now. I certainly hope that doesn’t happen, but really, the guy looks extra sleepy. I'm not even sure where to begin. We've elected many "uncharismatic" leaders. I don't think Bush, Obama or Trump were/are particularly charismatic. It may matter in individual meetings with foreign leaders or with other members of Congress, but no. Can you do the job or not is the endgame. Can you GOVERN. The accusations against Trump are not a witch hunt. I don't know how you can get to this point when he has candidly admitted multiple times he took documents from the White House in full view last night. He admitted again the improprieties in the Georgia phone call. There is no witch hunt. If you want to call this a witch hunt, then the Biden investigations are on the same level because there's no actual evidence tying Biden to anything illegal. Nothing. Accusing people of "partisanship" when your biggest crutch is "Well, he's sleepy"....Uh, okay. Sleepy works over insane any day of the week. The people chose a different direction, despite the incumbent advantage. Four more years of that? No thanks. This idea of a witch hunt falls apart quickly if you're actually paying attention to evidence. Russian collusion? Senate confirmed it. January 6th? Over 1,000 arrests and hundreds of successful prosecutions. Witch hunts aren't grounded in factual events.

Another thing of note: The room was set up for Trump. The reporter was picked for Trump. It's pretty easy to be set up for success when you're surrounded by cult enthusiasts.

Look Kaitlin Collins is a pretty good journalist, but they brought a knife to a gunfight. trump is not normal..he goes into word salads and bullys women...especially. He got her on her heels. This was not necessary (especially that maga crowd)..Ari Melber or Dan Abrams would have smoked him. Hate to make it a female / male thing..but in war..you need to go old school..CNN is so stupid...they most likely agreed to have only maga asking questions..cheering for trump to agree.

Come on John, the sleeze got away with every bull$#!+ he's ever uttered. CNN gave him a huge solid. How could they be that stupid? Geez..stacked maga audience cheering every fabrication? including, they should default on the debt limit? you wait till the magas loose their first SS check. From my perch, she did. He knows how to bully women. Remember Megyn Kelly and her "blood coming out of her wherever"? I mean who thinks of $#!+ like this? Get a tough dude like Maher or whatever, but this was a joke...and its obvious CNN sold out trying to get a few viewers who bailed on FOX due to TC.

Yeah, I hear ya. I thought they both kinda steamrolled each other. Talked over each other. Whatever, it is what it is. He's going to say stuff that's going to get through, but at least she tried to hold her ground. Maher would be an epic choice.

From what I saw and heard Drumpf wasn't owning any of his failures. He didn't finish his big beautif****d wall but he denied it. Infrastructure he talked about it for 4 years and did squat. I hope he defamed E. Jean Carroll enough last night for another suit. What's next, firing Joe Tacopina and not paying him for being a loser lawyer?? He should pack his clubs and just play golf in Ireland until they revoke his golf cart license.
