Maybe it's "Everyday People" by Sly and the Family Stone? You know the lyrics: "There is the blue one who can't accept the green one for living with A fat one tryin to be a skinny one" or "The long hair that wont accept the short hair", black one that won't accept the yellow one etc. you know how it goes. There are hundreds of songs from the late 60's and seventies that have themes like this. Just wondering if they would be banned today in certain states for being too "woke"? Or how many would be banned from high school dances? I could name a hundred songs right now that probably would be today....in certain states. WTF happened to the redneck nation, they used to be more tolerant, and even enjoyed a lot of society that they freak out over today! Hmmm... fear mongers got to them? Rush, Laura, Sean, et al. Just to make a damned buck, they freaked out a whole segment of society. So today, instead of night of the living dead, they are waiting for (and believe) it will be night of the "trannies".. or some such. Interesting times we live in.
