It's impossible to take you seriously because your brain shifts to nonsense immediately. Chinese and Russian spies? According to....what? The fictionalized tale you tell yourself? You're going to reduce quite possibly the worst intelligence leak in American history because Trump is "mean"? Devaluing the seriousness of Trump's corruption does nobody any favors. The facts are this: NARA requested a tranche of documents back from Trump for over a year. He refused, on multiple occasions, to return them. He lied on a federal subpoena that all the documents had been found and returned. His attorney signed a sworn affidavit, which turned out also to be false. There is surveillance video from his residence that shows the documents being moved AFTER the subpoena was issued, which necessitated the search warrant for his residence. Nowhere in there does it say "he's mean" or anything of the sort. He committed multiple crimes and likely shared sensitive national defense information with a hostile government, considering his ties to Russia and Putin for the last half decade. Documents were found inside his personal desk. Documents were found in his closet. The massive difference you're disingenuously ignoring: There is no crime without intent to "injure the United States" or wilful retention with a specific purpose behind it. You can be a Republican without being a deceptive lunatic. You actually think Trump shared defense information with Russia??? You mean this guy? Yeah, I can't imagine him doing such a thing  |

As stated before, unlike the Trump situation where documents were deliberately and knowingly withheld, the pertinent criminal statute requires evidence beyond gross negligence, needing specific or deliberate intent to be considered an actual crime.

Why does a former president retain classified information regarding human intelligence (HUMINT) sources if he doesn't share it with foreign governments? What's the point? Why were an extreme number of clandestine assets murdered after the disappearance of the classified intel? Connect dots. Look at evidence. Draw reasonable conclusions based on said evidence. |

He willingly violated the statutory prohibition on seeking help from a foreign country to influence an election, in plain sight for all to see. Not that much of a leap, especially given the plethora of evidence, not to mention him having shown to be a character of zero morality. |

He has exhibited empathy when? He has apologized once...when? Saudi could kill 20 journalists and he'd still take their money. He refuses to participate with former presidents in any event or ceremony..why? Has something bad to say about all of them. This guy is poison..and the biggest turd in the punch bowl in America's long history. He is responsible for the devolution and degradation of all the important institutions in our country.. loves the Proud Boys and the "good" guys marching at Charlottesville. Smart, ethical, educated, worldly Americans see this guy coming a million miles away...the easily manipulated don't. He's unfit to ever get near any American Institution again...just ask the 100's of former employees while he was president. |

I'm thinking that way because to me, sharing National Classified Documents is one of the most heinous, lowest crimes there could ever be. Also, like I said before, it would seem to me that only a person who needs money very badly, is a spy, or really wants to hurt our country, would do something like that. Trump doesn't fit that bill, to me. I'm really done speaking on Trump unless warranted. I'm over him. |

They just haven't thought it through and what it means.
