If trump declares, he declares for one reason.  He knows he's toast as far as a general goes or in a race straight up against DeSantis.  So, while he has any bargaining chips left, he will run, then try to cut a deal with DeSantis for later pardons.  That's all he has left while his power disappears like the water in Lake Mead.  The bad news for the guy that poisoned America, then SADLY maga, is that his stack of bargaining chips might be down to the same size as the biggest loser at the craps table in Vegas!

Unsure, but I think the: "and god created Ron Desantis on the eighth day" crap his wife dreamed up is enough to turn off voters on the west coast. JMO
