It's my understanding that there is no video evidence, police didn't hear it, no one in the stands has come forward saying they heard it and none of her teammates or coaches heard it...
The person initially accused has been exonerated via video evidence...

Those news outlets that were quick to condemn have not recanted....many outlets are stating it's a complete fabrication and hoax to gain her aspiring relative attention in the upcoming political election....

If her allegations are true then someone should pay a heavy price. If not, then she should be paying dearly. I'm no lawyer, but it sounds like defamation.
Another thing. Lebron James et al. should be willing to apologize to those falsely accused. They seemed happy to jump on the bandwagon when this story came out. At least make a statement that, if the story was fabricated, that you are willing to stand up and say sorry. Show some guilt. Be a decent human. Are you seriously okay with lashing out before an investigation and not recanting when proven wrong? That will tell me everything I need to know about his character.
