Wow, that’s quite a video! That old guy must have been a Marine who trained with a KA-BAR, he knows where to stick the knife.
Bottom line: If your life is being threatened you have the right to defend yourself.

Guy is 60 something years old. Works hard. Just doing his job. Gets attacked at work by a guy in his 30's. Defends himself and goes to jail, charged with murder.

Even the police have to take a beating or even a bullet. Guy resists arrest, pulls a gun, fires, gun is taken away during struggle, guy reaches and tries to get other officers gun and is shot and killed. Apparently the female officer will have to go before a grand jury via Portland D.A. I have only seen one source for that so I hope it is not true. www.youtube.com/watch?v=8pRN5TIZmTYEDIT: I've searched a little bit, and I can't find anything confirming the officer will go before a grand jury. |
