He's not playing in Texas this year, but instead at Sierra Canyon w/ Bronny & crew. A little easier access.

Sierra Canyon is Adam Seiko's alma mater, FWIW. I think we've also recruited a couple other guys from there as well, but not sure.

I am hoping that Hardaway is the 3rd recruit in the class of '23. Still 2x spots left for transfers as well. All depends on returners and the extra Covid-19 year for players,

Maybe a deep Aztec run in March Madness will convince him.

Penny Hardaway has 6 recruits in his 2023 class: Ty-Laur Johnson, Mikey Williams, JJ Taylor, Ryan Forrest, Carl Cherenfant & David Tubek.
Will Penny pass on his own son Ashton? I wouldn't mind if we convince him to play in San Diego. Ahston is playing HS ball in California.

He committed to play for his dad In depth analysis on Hardaway's recruitment: "He is my dad" "My dad knows a lot about the game obviously. He’s been at the highest level before." “Really, my dad,” he says. “He’s been at the highest level before and he knows what takes to get there. Nobody will have my best interest more than my dad." "I do think it is really unique, especially since my other brother, Jayden, will be there as well."
