I wonder if Biden will declare a national emergency, incarcerate, freeze the bank accounts and send in child protective services to seize the children of our truckers just like Trudeau. He was certainly encouraging the Canadian PM’s stern crackdown on the Canadian Truckers. Putin probably woulda been real nice to those truckers.

I’ve never had much trust for the MSM, now it has eroded to zero. The NY Times reported there were only five trucks and they disbanded for lack of interest. That is a blatant lie. I truly feel sorry for those that quote, read and/or rely on the MSM or single source.
There were many more than 5 trucks. I was there, I am a volunteer organizer. For the kick-off, pediatric surgeon Dave from Ohio brought his fleet of 22 trucks to Adelanto. Ron former Silicon Valley CEO was the first to arrive with his four trucks from Nevada. Dave and Ron are paying out of pocket covering all expenses for their participation. Another trucker from Kansas double-teams with his wife, they are giving up 20k gross per week. In addition, there were several dozen other truckers departing Adelanto. Today the convoy stretches 30 miles with 7,000 vehicles.
There will be three convoys gathering in Haggerston, MD in a few days. From there we go to Washington, D.C. We will not be entering the city, we will remain on the Beltway. I know what protesting is about, it has been in my blood since a young adult. I marched down Pennsylvania Avenue with thousands more protesting the Vietnam war. We were sharply criticized from both sides of the aisle then, but we made a change. We saved lives; we’ll save lives again.
In closing. I guess it is the left’s way to criticize and name call hard working everyday Americans unless they blindly follow their belief system.

The attention-seeking is real, the numbers are bogus and amongst this group of whiny, entitled folks are Neo-Nazi's and Three Percenters. Fine people on both sides, a former president might say. While war wages in Ukraine with missiles and civilian airstrikes, a heroic band of truckers are driving across the freest country on the planet to protest mandates that are largely over. Genius.

Come on Ryan, do you homework, it is not hard to count to 7,000 or are you just making another mistake. Nevertheless, you still have my vote for the most misguided poster here.

Clever to not actually address the Neo-Nazi and right-wing ultraradical part, wouldn't want that to interrupt the narrative. I'm not making a mistake - The fact you can't source your numbers says a lot. The people floating that number are bots and right-wingers. The crash in Oklahoma though was pretty on brand. The mask mandates are winding down...what are we protesting again? The right to drive across America in the name of idiocy? While you were protesting the Vietnam War, my dad was spending four years of his life, at a tremendous cost, fighting for your right to do so. That's what real courage and the fight for freedom actually looks like, in case you need a dose of reality here and a real world example.

My dad was one of the last men drafted, at the ripe age of 19. The larger point I'm trying to make is that protesting is a fundamental right, but this "protest" is a gigantic waste of oxygen and gasoline. The people behind this are some of the same who were in DC on January 6th - This isn't some heroic act of civil disobedience that should be glorified or amplified.

I’m there, is that difficult for you to understand? The crash in Oklahoma though was pretty on brand.
You know nothing about the crash in Oklahoma otherwise you wouldn’t use it to discredit. Another mistake.
While you were protesting the Vietnam War, my dad was spending four years of his life, at a tremendous cost, fighting for your right to do so. That’s a very pathetic assumption, and one I resent, however I expect nothing less from you. Yes, I opposed the war, I protested, but I still went and took a bullet in the leg. BTW I spent 6 years.
When you are ready to climb of your so-called pedestal you might be capable of honest debate, until then be careful of altitude sickness, it can cause, if it hasn’t already, brain damage.

For all I know, you could be on Mars. (The fact you have to constantly remind us of your importance to this specific issue is....something.) Thank you for your service to our country and I'm glad you made it home, as that's something to genuinely be proud of. My dad was wounded twice, so I'm fortunate to be alive. Onward.... No, I'm not hijacking a thread. The people that are participating in this protest are people you're glorifying. I'm providing truthful context for that glorification. It matters. Would you not do the same for the Black Lives Matter protests? The difference in approach is pretty important, no? I have no idea if you are there or not and it doesn't really matter. The 7,000 number hasn't been credibly sourced by any reputable media outlet, so I'm going to be wholly skeptical. The truth is that doesn't really matter, either. It's a small drop in the bucket for a crusade that has no real purpose as mask mandates are essentially over across most of the country. Since I know nothing about the crash in Oklahoma (other than that it happened)....enlighten us. What I've seen portrayed so far (generally speaking) is a pathetic display of false virtuism and bravado over an issue that doesn't really exist. Considering what's actually happening in the world right now, it appears to be exactly what I said earlier - A nothingburger of far right-wing radicalism that doesn't need to be amplified on any public forum. There are videos of people being maimed in Ukraine. People on fire. Women and children being slaughtered. People sleeping in underground train stations to escape continuous bombing/shelling in cities across the country, trying to avoid certain death and catastrophic human rights violations. Compare that to people complaining that wearing a mask or getting a booster shot is a threat to their survival, their personal freedom, or a heroic stand against tyrannical government overreach. It's an absolute farce.

Maybe some of these truckers could use their "free time" to go to Poland and deliver weapons, MREs and medical supplies to the besieged Ukrainians involved in a real fight for freedom. JMO

Videos and pictures can be taken. You worked with the convoy - right? Post links to photos and/or videos of the event... I have no reason to believe that you are lying, but seeing is believing.

That's fair I'll try to do that this evening. I can't post my videos from my channel otherwise I'd ID myself, not willing to do that, but I can do photos. It was a long day yesterday, I stayed up to watch our Aztecs win in double OT. I'm exhausted. I don't work for the convoy I'm simply a volunteer. I help in distributing water and food.

We fought, we sacrificed only to come home and spit on. Hard to stomach. I had 178 long days laid up in the Beaufort South Carolina Naval Hospital. We disagree here. I’ve read enough of your posts to believe you do hijack threads, plus in my opinion you do a fair amount of trolling. The 7,000 number hasn't been credibly sourced by any reputable media outlet, so I'm going to be wholly skeptical.
And you should be skeptical, I certainly would. I would assert there is no such thing as reputable media today, that’s why I never single source, no one should. Since I know nothing about the crash in Oklahoma (other than that it happened)....enlighten us. IMO the accident was intentional, I’ll stop here because I don’t know for sure. It is under investigation. We’re hoping it will become clear, if so, there will be an arrest soon. There are videos of people being maimed in Ukraine. People on fire. Women and children being slaughtered. People sleeping in underground train stations to escape continuous bombing/shelling in cities across the country, trying to avoid certain death and catastrophic human rights violations.
No disagreement here. I have an American friend that moved to Ukraine for a lovely young lady. They are missing. Additionally, I have several friends in neighboring countries that live in fear. I do, especially with lunatics running Russia and the US. As a sidebar: There are conflicting Zaporizhzhia reports. It seems unlikely to me, but some reports coming out of Ukraine claim the fire was set intentionally by Ukraine to provoke NATO and the US in joining the fight, that would end the world as we know it. Back again to the media, we don’t know the truth. Compare that to people complaining that wearing a mask or getting a booster shot is a threat to their survival, their personal freedom, or a heroic stand against tyrannical government overreach.
Ukraine eclipses everything right now. For live feeds search for Trucker G and/or Jack Burton. Trucker G would be the most famous trucker on the blacktop today. Lastly some media outlets have reported that Hagerstown has been canceled, that is not true.
Today’s schedule. Route: I-70E to I-470E to I-70E to I-76E to I-70E in Breezewood, PA. Take I-70E to I-81N to Exit 6b (Rt 40w) Evening Staging Area: Hagerstown Speedway 15112 National Pike Hagerstown, MD 21740

Take I-70E to I-81N to Exit 6b (Rt 40w) Evening Staging Area: Hagerstown Speedway 15112 National Pike Hagerstown, MD 21740 Be safe out there.

The fact you have to constantly remind us of your importance to this specific issue is....something. Thank you for your service to our country and I'm glad you made it home, as that's something to genuinely be proud of. My dad was wounded twice, so I'm fortunate to be alive. Onward....You do have a condescending way with your replies, but no worries. Never said or alluded to me having any importance. Not reminding you of anything, just passing on what’s happening. If you’re not interested don’t reply. And if you do, don’t profess your view as the truth. I thank your dad for his service. It wasn’t easy for many of us fighting in a useless war. We fought, we sacrificed only to come home and spit on. Hard to stomach. I had 178 long days laid up in the Beaufort South Carolina Naval Hospital. And I’m glad you are alive, and your dad made it home, I sincerely mean that. No, I'm not hijacking a thread. The people that are participating in this protest are people you're glorifying. I'm providing truthful context for that glorification. It matters. Would you not do the same for the Black Lives Matter protests? The difference in approach is pretty important, no?
In the video there is a reference to Gray Wolf, that would be Ron from Nevada with 4 rigs. Gray Wolf is the only trucker to display a POW/MIA flag. Another reference to Trucker G, perhaps the best-known trucker on the blacktop today. Rigs from Canada joined in. Some have estimated there are over 10,000 vehicles stretching 70 miles. I have no clue other than it takes a couple of hours to get everyone parked and fueled. Many of the rigs hold 300 gallons of fuel. I’ve never been in a big rig before; I must admit it is exciting. Still learning the lingo. I didn’t even know what a bobtail was. The police have been awesome, providing escorts and directing traffic. Photos to follow when time permits.
