Im a bit out of the loop on that. CBA negotiations ongoing, yeah? The anticipation is that the DH will be universal next season, but if you're reading the tea leaves and the quotes that are coming out of Carlsbad today, this is going to be a long, chaotic offseason. I have never cared for the DH. With that said, the game should have uniform rules, and it would seem easier to implement the DH in the NL than to remove it from the rest of organized baseball.

Is there going to be a DH in the NL in ‘22? I hope so. Never was a DH fan until 2020 and realized I didn't miss watching pitchers bat one bit. I know, right?

I agree Hosmer needs to go, his agent (Scott Boros) reportedly tipped the Dodgers off about the Scherzer deal, totally screwing the Padres. The major issue is that Hosmer now has had a couple of lackluster seasons for the Friars and his contract is a deal buster.
I also hear that the shift is going to be talked about and possibly eliminated, kind of like how the NBA got rid of zone defenses. That will favor a ton of hitters (Bryce Harper, Kyle Schwarber, Miguel Sano) and bring batting averages up, a positive step IMO. Maybe Hos can get more hits to squirt through the infield. A pitch clock will also be discussed. Maybe this not such a good thing with pitchers breaking down so frequently.
