42-26. Right now UCLA has an 8 point lead at Arizona.

I guess Donte Williams won't ever get past the "interim" tag. The USC AD is probably relieved because now they can go after a name coach.

We were very fortunate that Rising wasn't put into the game with us until the second half.

We were very fortunate that Rising wasn't put into the game with us until the second half. We made Rising look stupid for almost 15 minutesā¦ then Hawkins went out on top of McMorris being out due to Targetingā¦ coaches stopped rushing five or six guys and started playing soft amd Rising looked good. Even with that they needed a horrible PI call just and a Bell fumble to get a chance to tie the game.

Man, I never thought that I would see a U$C team look like that, and at home! They had no spirit, no determination, and no desire. They looked as bad as the team looked back in the early 90's when Larry Smith was coaching them. Utah did what they liked and no opposition from them.

You also need to add in this is where a P5 program is at an advantage in that later in the game where you are subbing in backups due to depth the P5's depth is far better then a G5's depth.

But those same coaches are deciding to stay with woeful and feeble quarterbacking. Again, bad coaching decision?

After Utah ran a kneel down play on first down, usc called a time out down 16 and under 1 minute left, I was happy to see Utah run a passing play to get a first down.

Exact same. Fun to watch, actually. Haha, brings out my nasty side. Wonder who they can fire now?

This is why I don't get firing the HC during the season unless it's "for cause" (i.e. morality clause, etc.). I think there are more negative aspects to it than positive. It's very likely they'll be sitting at 4-5 heading into their final 3 games against Cal, UCLA & BYU needing to win 2 in order to even be bowl eligible.

I wonder if any of the "Young Men of Troy" could be considering transferring out? It might be cool if Thee AZTECS picked up a few transfers.
GO AZTECS!!

I think they will wait to see who their new coach is and then decide what to do.

Do agree that it was better to have played Utah earlier - when their current QB only played 2 Q's - he really did well in the 4th Q against us .
As the phrase says - Not only is it important who you play but also when you play them
Is a win that really could help us at the end of the season .

I would give my left nut to beat USC in L.A. and there is a slight chance we could play them. Even if the Bowl naming rights is the biggest joke in CFB. The Jimmy Kimmel Bowl.
Jimmy Kimmel LA Bowl Saturday, December 18 ABC, 7:30 pm SoFi Stadium, Inglewood, CA Bowl Tie-Ins: Mountain West #1 vs. Pac-12 #5 My Bowl Projection: SDSU vs USC
