I saw a game where he was batting leadoff for the Sox. He's having a pretty productive season. Good for him!

I asked a question. He's basically Wil Myers with a lower strikeout rate and a more home run friendly ballpark/better offense. Not much has really changed, outside of him cutting down on the K's. And if you have Renfroe, you also don't have Cronenworth, who's much better. So it's a give and take situation. I'm happy for Hunter. He found a good fit.

Happy?

Happy? You said "we could use him this year" and then want to disregard the trade to Tampa Bay? It's just an observation. He has more power than Myers, but they are just about equal elsewhere. I think it's important that the team shifts away from high strikeout types.

Nor did I intend to Cherry Pick stats or anything else that I know triggers you. it is simply encouraging to see the development of players that you rooted for that is all. and yes there are times when you wonder what it would be like to have a Renfroe that could hit still on the team

If yiu don't choose your words carefully, Ryan will pick it apart. There's a negative connotation with just about everything with him. Must suck.

I was not in favor of moving this guy, a pure power hitter who has eventually learned he doesn’t have to pull everything. I like the way he gunned down former Padre Manuel Margot.

And I'm definitely not triggered.... It's just the reality that in order to keep Renfroe, you don't get Cronenworth. Who would you rather have? Hunter's always had ridiculous raw power, but he struggled to make contact here (which is a combination of factors) and I think he found a good fit in Boston.

What do you gain by going into unrelated threads and just spewing unsolicited personal attacks? Let's evolve and grow up a little bit. This wasn't a negative connotation. It was an observation considering "spectacular" is debatable. Renfroe and Myers would have nearly identical WAR's over the same amount of games. They're separated by 0.4 now as we speak. Renfroe has a great arm, but he's a below average outfield overall, as is Wil. Take a breath.

Definitely taking the Crone Zone over Renfroe, not close
And to think that Tommy Pham was the centerpiece of that trade *lol*

I do enjoy much of what you post, but your delivery is flat. this is the first and last time i will mention this. if you are, keep posting. if you arent, lighten up a little and keep posting.

Forgive me, but your immediate reaction to a one word reply was extreme, unnecessary and over the top. You mentioned a complete "condemnation of the Padres organization"...so it seemed like you thought I represent them somehow. And you think this kind of post is okay? Worry less about my delivery and more about your own sense of personal taste. I asked a question and you could have answered with something simple like why you think Renfroe has been spectacular. Yet you chose this route.
