CIF won't announce anything until January at this point. They have a cut-away date of the 19th, from what I was told by a couple different coaches, which obviously could change...but time is really running out on the calendar to salvage even a partial season for some sports. If they even announce anything in January--it will be to delay high school sports. You will be lucky to see ANY high school sports this school year. Both Swimming and Track & Field are Purple Tier sports. They'll happen. Both are good to go after January 25th contingent on Gavin relaxing the Regional Stay at Home Order. We'll get some High School sports but there is a strong likelihood that a lot of High School sports won't happen this year.

I hope your right, but I don't seeing the Dear Leader relaxing the so-called stay-at-home order anytime close to January 25th.

Neither do I, but I do expect the Regional Stay at Home Order to be relaxed before we get too deep into March. I'm thinking High School will get a single season of sports.

The last release took care of that. Reevaluate January 4th, probably get an annoucement a few weeks after that. Sports in the purple tier will be played.

They have two months to play with right now, so I'll remain optimistic.

Genius!!!! Play the games on Indian Reservations! As sovereign territory they do not have to abide by Gavin's orders.
