I know that the referee and video playback crew of the NFL called it and then confirmed it as a legitimate TD in yesterday's Super Bowl.
But, it appeared to me that they did not check it as carefully as they should. You know it was the second TD by the Kansas City receiver
in the fourth quarter that gave them the go ahead, 24-20. Even though he may have had the nose of the football over the goal line. Was it
touching the goal line before his toe went out of bounds on the sideline? The best replay was the goal line camera showing both the ball &
his toe. But, what they didn't show was a slow point by point movement showing which went over first, his toe or the ball. Now, I'm not
sure on the rules if tie then goes to the TD or not. But, like I was saying it sure appeared as though his toe may have gone out of bounds
first then the ball within a split second.
