I still think if there had been a camera in the ground on the goal line looking up we may have seen the Aztec RB, and whether he had the ball in possession when he crossed the goal line. Because he was noted for carrying the ball relatively high on his chest, and may have had the tip of the ball cross the goal line before the fumble which Notre Dame recovered in the end zone. As he laid on the goal line more than half his chest was on or over the line as cameras showed. So, it could be he actually scored with the ball, but now we will never be able to ascertain that.

We had that game until the fumble. Then the momentum changed big time and that was that. A lot of fun though and I am still impressed by the staff at Norte Dame stadium. Super accommodating.
