Creighton going down big on the road at .500 St Johns. The Big East is a meat grinder. They will have a ton of teams in the tournament.

That was abysmal shooting by Creighton but they live and die with their offense. IMO they could go all the way or get bounced early.

Big games this week:
Baylor has an extremely rough row to hoe: 3/2, Texas Tech @ Baylor 3/7, Baylor @ West Virginia
Dayton has its most-difficult game since Colorado on Dec. 21: 3/4, Dayton @ Rhode Island 3/7, Geo. Washington @ Dayton
Kansas has a tough game at Texas Tech. TCU won't be so lucky in the Allen Field House. 3/4, TCU @ KU 3/7, KU @ Texas Tech
Creighton hosts a very hot Seton Hall. Good opportunity to maybe move back into top 10. 3/7, Seton Hall @ Creighton

We can't count on Gonzaga losing again, only on Gonzaga-related teams to lose. It's be great if they did but I'm not holding my breath.
Michigan plays Nebraska and then @ Maryland before their conference tournament. They should lose to Maryland and once in their tournament. That would make them 19-13 with a 7-12 Q1.
Arizona has two home games against the Washingtons, one of which they could maybe lose and then a loss in their conference tournament. That would leave them with 21-11 with a 3-8 Q1
Oregon has two home games against Cal and Stanford. They probably win both but maybe Stanford beats them and then they lose in the conference tournament. They end up with 24-8 with a 7-6 Q1.

If Gonzaga and BYU meet in the final it should be a close game. BYU was arguably the better team over the month of February. Gonzaga would probably only be favored by about 3-4 points.

The No. 1 and 2 seeds (Zagz and Zoobz) get byes into the semifinals in the WCC Tourney. Assuming both the Zagz and Zoobz win those games, they'll meet on Tues. in Vegas in the championship game. Not holding my breath, but the Zoobz have a solid chance of spanking the Zagz. Arizona has two home games against the Washingtons, one of which they could maybe lose and then a loss in their conference tournament. And, weirdly, they'll still be in the top 15 in the NET rankings.

I know patty mills isn’t walking through the door to play point, but they have a solid group and could pull an upset against the zags.

Rumor has it that Sean Miller offered a 100k to a nerd In charge of net to create a logrhythm to count Arizona’s win as 5x instead of just x points given.

I was just reviewing the Gaels' record this season. They lost @byu by two points, @winthrop during the second game of the season by two points, and then lost an overtime game to BYU at home, as well as a quadruple OT game on the road to Pacific. They have three double digit losses -- by 10 to Dayton and then two absolute shellackings by the Zags. I'd like to think they could stand up to Gonzaga, but I'll believe it when I see it.

Other than Gonzaga losing, its Hard to say what we are rooting for tho. I think staples vs msg is the difference between an epic year and a nice run.

Baylor is in a real fight right now. Holy cow!
Red Raiders are matching Baylor basket for basket!

So we probably move a little closer to home as a 1 in the South if Baylor loses, right?
