I just realized that we may have up to 13 days off after the MWC tourney this year. Thoughts on that? I guess it can be good or bad.

Use to be Hard Rock but I usually stay at Caesars or Bellagio.

Anyone know where most Aztec fans stay in Vegas for the tournament? Where does the team stay? The team stays at a different location every year which the MWC picks. We seem to get the South Point a lot. Just park at the Hard Rock and walk to the T&M |

The team has lately stayed at the South Point but the team hotel info is missing from the 2020 brochure. Right down the street from the hard rock hotel is Silver Sevens walking distance under a mile to Viejas East aka Thomas and Mack and no parking fees. New Mexico fans stay at Excalibur. The important thing is AZTECS FANS show up in droves this year.

The Owner of South Point Hotel Michael Gaughan is a Creighton Alum. He is a generous guy. During the Las Vegas Continental Tire Tournament this year, he provided free stay for all Creighton Alums at his hotel.
Do we have any Alums that owns hotels in Las Vegas?

It hasn't hurt Gonzaga in the past several years to play their WCC tournament a week before most other conferences.

If need be could Dutcher schedule an additional OOC game after the MW T - PLaying our scout team in practice is probably better than playing San Diego Christian. Having said that, these Junk Yard Dawgs could practice in a parking lot and remain sharp.  |

Plus, other than the WCC and a couple other lower level Conferences, every league has their tournament the week after the MWC Tournament. I guess they could scrimmage against the Fraternity/Intramural All-Stars behind closed doors. |

You think if we were undefeated going in to the dance, our high profile alum would come such as Pope, mcd, shepard, Spencer, THE KLAW?  ? |
