The complete lack of regard for innocent civilian life by this thug sickens me. Like all "jihadists".
I hope he enjoys spending the rest of his life in a box, 23 hour lockdown. Put him in that facility we have in Colorado.
I hope he lives a long time too, to make it worse. 60 years in the box!

You just wait! What do you want to bet that someone, maybe that nut case pro-terrorist lawyer that Fox News has on occasionally, will complain that he was the victim of entrapment?
I do think we should not deprive the guy of a trial. Unfortunately, he is a legal citizen so he cannot be sent to a military tribunal, even if the Obama Dept. of Justice were inclined to do so.

The scary thing is that this guy is young and dumb.... hate to think about some of the more sophisticated characters that might be out there in the population.

So, how many will the FBI miss? Are our state militias active?

So, how many with the FBI miss? Are our state militias active? We need legally deputized Vigilantes! Open season with no limit!

So, how many with the FBI miss? Are our state militias active? We need legally deputized Vigilantes! Open season with no limit! I am concerned about some of these kids. I was walking home recently and was followed by a group of kids, who were yelling "Death to America, I hate you." Since I was the only other person on the street, I am certain that they were entertaining me. They really were not threatening, but I thought their comments were dangerous given the current atmosphere. One wonders what they have been taught. I fear much overreaction. In fact, someone attacked a mosque in Corvallis this morning.

Muslim kids were cheering wildly when 911 was happening. What are they being taught at home? What they learn in public school is scary enough without hate America rhetoric being nightly fare at home.

AzWm Yawn, anyone can claim anything they want and lawyers often do because it's their job. Doesn't mean it will count for anything in court. William, are you aware that there is a question on the bar exam that asks how you would deal with a case where the client is clearly guilty? It's not there to teach lawyers how to get people off, just to make sure that everyone charged gets a fair trial. And given how many people the Innocence Project has saved from death row, I think it's worthwhile. =Bob

I would agree that if the Innocence Project has saved innocent people even if they get some guilty folks off it is a risk that we must take if we are just. This guy should be represented given a swift trial and then "offed".
