I'm not a betting man, but if I was, I would take the over. 10 is my high hope, 9 is my more realistic hope.

The win total for Utah St. seems low. They do open in N.C. against Wake Forest, and play LSU more than a month later, but I believe they can win somewhere between 8-10 games if not more. We face them two weeks before they play LSU in Baton Rouge. Could it be that their defense isn't as good this year?

Either Hawai’i is the real deal, or UofA is gonna have a long season...or both. Hawai’i is looking solid.

Steele's picks them behind Boise and Even with Air Farce.

Scouts will be good, until about 50% of the season, then injuries will take the usual toll.

I remember reading the calls for Coach Long's removal during the course of his first four years as HC. His win average was exactly eight during this period. Following three consecutive ten
win seasons the team tanked in 2018.
Going full circle with a projected eight win season in 2019, when I can see nothing within this year's edition that excites me, I arrive at two conclusions. One man's ceiling is another man's floor and is the eight win season projection based on past performances.
As always, we shall see soon enough.

It took a defensive stop at the one-yard line for Hawaii to escape with the win. Where were the Hawaii fans? The stands were half empty. Thanks to CBS sports network for airing this game.

Never going to be easy to win with that many turnovers. If I were to pick just one, I would take the over on Hawaii. They were pretty good last year and lost very few players. Rocky’s poor decision cost us that game last year (rocky admitted that kiss was on him) but they were good enough to come here and get the win. I expect Hawaii, Fresno, SDSU to compete for most wins in MWC (behind Boise).
