There's one thing about this modern world of constant news coverage. A politician cannot say one thing in Paducah and something else in Pawtucket and feel confident that folks in those two cities will never compare notes. If so, that only strengthens the case that BHO was woefully ill-prepared to he President. One doesn't make that kind of promise without knowing what the odds are that the promise can be kept. I suspect that as soon as he began to get the secret briefings, Obama realized the the situation was a lot more complex than he had smugly assumed. AzWm |
