I know half this board will be up at the Rose Bowl -- but what about a true roadtrip?
I've decided on CSU because the timing will be perfect weather-wise and I've only ever been to old Hughes Stadium. I wish they had squeezed the Las Cruces game either the week before or after, cuz I coulda made a total meal out of being on the Front Range an entire week.
For the rest of you, I'm guessing Vegas will be a popular choice. Either way, try to get out for one game because we really get to visit some beautiful and interesting places being in this conference!

Las Cruces for sure and possibly Ft. Collins. Never been to either place. If the Las Cruces game was just a tad later into September, I'd be all over it. Great spots to visit relatively nearby at White Sands, Guadalupe Peak National Park, etc. Plus, I'd really like another crack at both Saguaro National Park and beautiful Chiracahua National Monument and/or Organ Pipes on the way out/back.

With all due respect where I currently live I'm within earshot of the places you allude to. I still so homesick for SOCAL. Don't do road trips nomo, just one home game. But I will always have fond memories when I did, including one constant:an Aztec loss.

Might do UNLV. Haven't seen a regular season game there since the 1996 fiasco. Went to the Las Vegas Bowl in 1998. Some more ducks need to fall in a row first, though.

May go to UCLA but I think I'm going to kick back and watch at home. Made arrangments to go to San Jose. I should look into Fort Collins. Where do you fly into?
