When I think about this state's financial condition I put my fingers in my ears and chant "la, la, la, la, la, la." For some reason that doesn't help.
Seriously, who can deny that something has gone terribly wrong here with respect to the public fisc? Nevertheless, some people apparently believe that our way of doing business is just fine!
