I was looking over the new recruits we have in football, and then realized that we will lose our great Kicker John Baron II. And, I was wondering if Rocky and staff have come up with a replacement to take over in Spring ball, or not?
He did have a great career with us, and there has been no kicker who could hit 50+ yarders as well as him. He will be tough to replace.

They signed, Matt Ariaza, the San Diego first team All CIF kicker a year ago, who redshirted this past season. Great leg and also a punter. That was a well received signing and he is the heir apparent. You must have missed that.

I also think they signed southwestern college place kicker
Looks like the string of top kickers will continue. Jaime Medina, the top JUCO kicker from Southwestern College has received an Preferred Walk-On (PWO) offer from SDSU.
Can’t find anything on Ariaza
