Hope that the Rams color selection for their road uniforms doesn't come back to bite them today. They are wearing navy & white helmets & uni's, but the colors they won the Super Bowl with was their traditional blue & yellow helmets & uni's. Don't like the use of white except for the main part of their road jersey. To me the white Ram horn on the blue helmet doesn't look very exciting. Looks very boring. And, they use to have yellow pants with blue & white stripes down the legs. Guess they did not pay attention to their own history!

It has also already been announced that they are wearing their blue and gold "throwbacks" in the Super Bowl.

For me, the return of the white horns renewed my interest in the LA Rams. A die hard fan back in the day, I had mixed feelings when the Rams traded for John Hadl to replace Roman Gabriel. But the thought of Hadl in a Ram uniform was intriguing. Then the Rams pulled an end around and the uniforms wnet from white to pee pee yellow. Hadl also went from mad bomber to, bleech!, game manager. Such was life. For the record, one of John Butler's best trades, and my NFL hero was jobbed last Sunday.

So, tell me when did the Rams have white & blue as their colors? Because I have been a Ram fan since the 50's (and they always had yellow then), and they went from yellow to white in the mid to late 60's. Not the way you explain it.
