Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that was the media selections, but the coaches selection is what actually matters.

His energy on both halves of the court is unsurpassed. I think that will tilt the award to McDaniels IMHO.

There are 2 sets of awards: media and coaches. They are both recognized by the conference.
