Against Tennessee, I'm pretty sure it was Tapley that missed the shot you're referring to (he had a broken hand at the time). Kawhi missed one at the end of the game, too. Spain graduated the year before. Correct. Against Tennessee was basically the same team that went to the sweet 16 the following year. Yep. That’s right. Kawhi’s shot never had a prayer. He got a good look just before the buzzer, but was a 15% or so 3-pt shooter. Bummer.

Also, no need to tell me that that SDSU team was basically the Sweet 16 team the following year; I remember it quite well, haha. Although, you might have to relay that to a couple of other "fans."

He got a good look just before the buzzer, but was a 15% or so 3-pt shooter. Bummer. The real killer in that game was Tennessee's offensive rebound on a free throw Miss, very late in the game.
