I know for a fact that there have been some SDSU players from the past who have tanked it in the last game/s of the year, so they wouldn't run the risk of getting hurt and hurting their draft status. It cost us an end of the year game/s. Sucks, but it happens. So, they played, but didn't do anything that would be risky. To me, it's the same thing as though you didn't play. The players on the field can tell when you're tanking it. It sends a very bad message to the team and hurts the moral. How do you know this for a "fact?"

You can believe me, or not, but I have zero reasons to lie. It's not shocking. It happens all the time at every program, unfortunately.

Another way to put it is, I was close enough to the program at the time to know for a fact.

I was disappointed in him, but he was protecting his perceived payday. But Fanhood's point, I think, is that we don't know it for a "fact".

Rare is the "Fact" on a message board. Rarest, on this one.
