Nice, I need to stop back in before a hoops game one of these nights. I don't make it up to the bars too much these days with three young kids. I loved it back in the day with Bill, John, Peter and Christina. We caused so much havoc in that place. I tried to get in touch with Bill a few years ago. He had moved back to the east coast, but never could get a hold of him.

Dang, that looks amazing. Probably a good thing its a little further away from the main campus than previous bars- for the sake of current students. I don't get this. This is on campus, across from the new student center. It's not in the center where montys was but it's the first floor of 100+ dorm rooms dude. Perfect location |

Eureka looks great, but I wish we still had the undeniable charm of the Two Bit, Quaff Barrel (QB), Andy's saloon and when the hard stuff was warranted - the Rounder's Room.

from 1986 to 1990 it was monty's for after class drinks. the place was packed on Friday's. hello to all former 1986 to 1987 zura hall residents and the baseball teams when ragger's rail at smith field/gwynn stadium gave students a free speech forum. bring ragger's rail and alcohol back at our rail. winning the 1986 wac championship game against the fishheads (hawaii) and storming the field was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's as close to classes as Montys was, just a few feet farther. Anyhow, go check it out, have a delicious meal (food is great), drink a bourbon while watch all the kids go from class to class from the patio. |
