I decided to put together a bustrip for the ASU game in Tempe. We need a minimum of 35 customers to make this work.
9/8 - Depart San Diego @ 8:30AM - location TBD
2 night 3 star Hotel in Tempe near ASU and Tempe Marketplace Mall
9/8 - Bus transportation from/to hotel to Chase Field to see Padres vs. DBacks.
Reserved Game Ticket included infield location
All Hotel Taxes Included
Saturday and Sunday Breakfast included at hotel
9/9 - Transportation to/from ASU for Aztec vs. ASU game
Game ticket included
9/10 - Depart Tempe/Hotel @ 10AM back to San Diego
Bus driver's gratuity, taxes etc... included
Snacks and water onboard included
You may bring your own booze/refreshments & food onboard but no glass or styrofoam coolers.
Prices: per person for Standard King or 2 bed rooms. Inquire for additional options...
Single: $550
Double - $425 PP
Quad - $375 PP

FWIW - The U is offering a land only package without any transportation to/from Arizona, game day transportation, or Pads game tickets and is priced a bit higher.

Wife and I are signed up and ready to go! This should be crazy fun. Gonna get my cooler prepped and ready for the bus ride. Six hours of bus ride time should equal a 18 pack for the ride over. This is the chance for Aztecmesa posters to go on a roadie and get to know each other and put a face to the names of who's who.
Padres, Aztecs and party time over one weekend with no driving.....oh yeah!

Wayno If you're just looking for Aztec tickets in the Aztecs section you can order from the school. I may be able to get better seats for the same price though if that's what you'd like. |

I am in for that bus trip. game ticket is included in the Aztecs section. I'm reviewing where the Aztec section(s) are and plan to be close, if not better than what they have. I know they have a deadline to send back the tickets to ASU although nobody has told me when that is. The Aztec section(s) are lower corner and upper goal line. Of course you could plant your butt in any open seat I suspect whether it's better or worse. |

I have a friend who lives in Phoenix and would not be needing a hotel, nor would I want to go to the Padres game. Is it possible to sign up for just one seat on the bus from San Diego (and back) and two tickets in your section? If so, how much would that be?
