Scout also has Justice as a 4*. I think they're a little more on top of West Coast guys. Rivals will go whole season and not rank guys who have multiple offers. You have to go to their camps to really get their attention. 247 is good at using other services and also their own evaluation.
Anytime you beat 2 P5 schools for a guy, it's a good day.

When he says someone will commit, he's been correct. He'll give an early announcement and an official announcement tweet usually arrives a few days later. Oldie Out |

Scout is significantly better when it comes to evaluating West coast talent. Good group of "scouts". WSU brings in a ton of very talented WR's and has done very well with DB's over the past couple years. If they have interest then the kid can definitely play. |
