70th bday party venue recommendation

Been awhile since I've actually lived in my beloved SD. Can someone recommend a cool venue for my mom's 70th bday party? Roughly 60 people, open to food type, with or without open bar, beginning of Jan 2017 so probably inside just in case. Doesn't have to be cheap necessarily but definitely not looking to break the bank. Thanks!

Many of the public, and private, country clubs in the area host outside events like yours.  Most private clubs use these events to reduce the expenses for their members and would love to have a 60 person outside event.  My club hosts them all the time.  I know because they even close the bar early on Saturday for them.
