And I go in Friday for Trigger Finger release surgery in my ring finger of the left hand. I will do the right hand after the holidays. Age is a bitch!

I'm home, excised the Trapezium and replaced it with a part of my forearm, ring finger tendon. They also removed 2 bone spurs and arthritic ends involved with my wrist and CMC thumb. I am in awe of all the new surgical techniques they have developed. It was 10 years ago the 1st opinion I received was to fuse my thumb! Poo on fusion, I can still tie flies, something fusion would have pretty much ended!

Everything went well! I am home coping with some pain & swelling. I have meds for both but don't really care for the Oxycodones! You have to be kinda crazy washing one of those down with alcohol! JMO

No way! I took 1 4 hours ago & I was flying. The Rx says 1-2 every 4 hours, I can't imagine taking 2!
