Aztec Basketball Has Plateaued???

I have to say, this statement by Aztec fans is one of the most amazing I've ever heard.

I do understand that we all want more. I do too.....But how have we plateaued when...

-We had our highest win total ever last year at 26.

-We went further in a post season tournament last year than we ever have before.

-We won 20 games in a season for a 4th straight year for the first time in our history.

-We went to our 4th straight post season tournament in a row last year for the first time ever.

-We had our highest ranked recruiting class at #15 in the nation ever last recruiting year.

-Up until the BYU loss (with 8 new players) equaled our best start in 25 years.

-AND we just signed one of the top Point Guards in Socal in Labradford Franklin, as well as one hell of a small forward in the other Franklin......and the recruiting season is not even over.

-This team (that will win around 24-26 games) has one senior and he doesn't start.

How those points point toward a plateau is beyond me.

Who has plateaued is BYU... they won't get any better this year than they are now. We have a lot of areas we can improve this year....and we only lost by two in a game where we made bad decisions all over the place in the last 10 minutes. Make Tapley the go to guy for the outside shot with the clock winding down..not Kelvin or Shelley....at least from what I have seen so far. DJ is DJ..... we will have to live with him at the point this year...but he is not a point guard. Two minutes left, DJ 3 on one with Leonard open on the wing for a dunk...and DJ pulls up and takes a brick three for example.
