What grounds do we have telling someone else they can't have nukes? How hypocritical can you be? Depends on the circumstances. If my neighbor has been dumping trash on my front lawn, and his kids are beating up my kids on the way home from school, and furthermore if he has threatened to kill my cats, even when they are on my property, then I sure as hell have a right to take action. Your response strikes me as a prime example of moral relativism. In other words, right and wrong are relative terms and if my neighbor's definition of what is right includes abusing my kids and killing my animals, then I have no right to interfere. Europe ignored Hitler for years in the '30s and we see what happened. I guess in 1936 or '37, had France taken action, someone would have said, What right does France have to do that? A few million victim's of the Third Reich, were they still alive today, might raise at least a mild protest in response to that question. AzWm

The reason they're beating up your kids and throwing trash on your lawn is because you're providing all their unfriendly neighbors the stones to throw at them.
As you said it's all relative, except in this case you don't even live in their neighborhood. Yet you have annointed yourself judge and juror and feel it's your right to intervene. And now you've pissed him off so much that he's taking over the neighborhood one neighbor at a time, while using the stones you gave to his neighbors. You're pretty stupid aren't you !
You could have left well enough alone, what are you gonna do now? That's the GOP, all brawn and no brains.
I say you learn from your mistakes, stop supplying his neighbors with stones, build an impregnable fence around your house, and hope his neighbors take care of the problem, because you have no idea of what you're up against or what you're doing or what's really going on in that neighborhood.

I think we should negotiate with Iran.
The 1970s Pahlavi Era Iran was a great ally for us.
Iran and Israel will end up making peace, as there has been historicallly positive relations between the two.
On the other hand, Iran could be used to destroy IS, reign in the funademntalist entites all over the region, and could be turned into a sort of Western Rook on the chessboard to use against the Russians and Chinese. The Iranians hate these two more than people are led to believe.
We shouldnt attack Iran, we should begin talking with them.
