That's good to see...I've always wondered why SDSU doesn't get more Polynesian players than we do. SDSU seems like a natural fit considering location, culture, etc. Most of the major programs out west have ten or more on roster. Polynesians with their body-type, athleticism and mindset were made for football. There's a documentary coming out soon called "In Football We Trust" about Polynesian culture and football..can't wait to see it... youtu.be/gnxzYQRBlyE

We should be getting more. I'm not sure who, but I read something that stated we have some HS coaches who played on the Mesa. Hawai'i doesn't have too many quality teams with D1 recruits. Like a half dozen at most due to open transfer rules. It's so bad in D2, you see a lot of forfeits due to player safety reasons. So if we get in with those top schools, we're in.
