San Marcos remains undefeated. Vista has a chance to win at the goal line at the end of the game, but can't punch it in.

Vista outplayed San Marcos for most of the game, out gaining them in yardage by a fairly significant margin, but they gave up two big 50+ yard TD plays.
Even so, Vista had the ball 3 inches from the goal line at the end of the game but couldn't punch it in on two consecutive QB sneaks.
They should have run a counter play with the guards pulling to the right but the QB and trailing RB going to the left on an option play.
Bad play calling at the end lost Vista the game.

I went to the Helix v. Valhalla game and left at the half. It was already either 42 or 49 - 0
Helix's biggest problem is the weak teams they play in the Grossmont conference. Coach Starr knows that too. So little competition that they aren't always prepared for really good teams. I am sure practices are tougher than these games.
Valhalla at least crossed the 5 yard line in the 1st half, and I guess they actually scored. The top RB's and WR's were taken out early in the 2nd quarter.
