Will be driving down early tomorrow afternoon. Want to go to the beach and watch the big waves. Any suggestions? Then maybe grab a bite right before going over to the Padre game..

If you want to see some surf. Go to the wedge in Newport beach. Right now it is at 18 - 20 ft. >> The Wedge <<

There are literally thousands of spots to check out the surf in SD! Since you're going to be going to the game, either PB or OB would be the best...in PB, you can go to the end of Law Street, and stand on the cliff's and watch...you can also walk out on the Crystal Pier (although I'm not sure if they've closed it due to the high surf)...in OB, you can hit the pier as well or drive south along Sunset Shores and there are some cliffs there too...
