The first three quarters were a defensive struggle, the fourth quarter is where all the big plays happened. San Diego State bound FS Devaughn Murray (Mount Miguel) picked off a pass and returned it 50 yards, setting the South up for the game-winning touchdown. Can't wait to see what this kid can bring to the 3-3-5.
Other all-stars going to SDSU (according to the program) were Serra RB/WR Willie Martinez, who scored on a 17-yard run, Otay Ranch ILB Justin Doton, and Grossmont WR JT Barnes. They all played for the South team who won 21-17.
