This year no one will be allowed to bring alcohol to the event. Hey Kevin Faulconer if you're reading this I hope you're happy you piece of $#!+.

I'll give Faulconer the month to figure this out.

Not only that you can't take your own alcohol is that NOBODY under 21 will be allowed into the tournament grounds. I have to believe there are some teams with kids in HS or even younguns in college entered.

Per OMBAC, they are going to put a fence around the whole tournament and ID will be checked going in and no booze will be allowed in or out.

Booze can be purchased inside and as in the tent we frequent, the Circle of Champions, unlimited booze is provided along w/ food as part of the $45 charge we pay. GREAT Deal!

If they let under 21 in they'd have to have beer gardens and no drinking on the courts which would ruin the spirit of the game. How can you play otl without a frosty beverage?

Typpical of SD of late. Falconer appeasing his people at the expense of responsible folks expressing their unique SD spirit and vibe. A private group, freepb.org that can't get their way plays the trump card to kill a great tradition.

While i'm mad as hell at freepb , this all started because of that flip flopping politician Kevin Faulconer, so he's gonna get the bulk of my angry e-mails. Freepb is a big part of the problem, but it all starts with that prude Kevin.

OTL is now back to normal as the City has issued OMBAC a permit. You can now take your own booze (no bottles) as before. No age restrictions.

I also have a VIP Parking Permit good for all 4 days and we're only using Day 1 (July 12) for sale for only $20. You can use it the other 3 days July 13, July 19 and July 20. PM me to purchase.
