It'll be a slow process, but they'll continue to win with him because really good skill people will flock to play for him.

I am very happy for Tom Craft. So am I. He is in an element that is to his liking. After a few years at Riverside, he will be controlling his talent pool, and a school that was a bottom dweller for years and years will be national champions for years and years. Where ever Tom goes, he wins national championships if given time to create his own talent pool.

FOOTBALL CLIMBS TO NO. 12 IN POLL
FOOTBALL MEN (10/6/2010) Riverside football, off to its best start in years, has climbed to No. 12 in this week's California Community College Football Coaches' Southern California Poll. The Tigers, who are 3-1 after Saturday's win over Chaffey, returns home on Saturday (Oct. 9) to take on unranked Citrus at 6 pm at Wheelock Field. Riverside mustered 113 points in the poll. Mt. San Antonio, which defeated Riverside two weeks ago, is the No. 1 ranked team. The Mounties are also the defending state and national champions. Bakersfield, Saddleback, Cerritos and Grossmont round out the top 5. Only one of Riverside's remaining opponents is ranked in the top 15 - Santa Ana (4-1) is ranked No. 7.

I do not know how the state JC playoffs are set up, but I wonder if Tom will have the opportunity to play Mt Sac again in the post season. If his QB is back from Injury, we might see Tom take his team from last to first place in one season.
Sort of like what Coryell did with Jim Hart and the St Louis Cardinals so many years ago.
