Almost -- six months ago Thursday, President Obama signed into law the health care bill that will affect government and politics for years to come.
The anniversary gives Obama a chance to promote pro-consumer provisions that take effect at the six-month mark, and, by the way, try to persuade potential voters who are skeptical of the health care overhaul.
The White House calls the provisions a "Patient's Bill of Rights," and provides description of the changes...
