Krugman is pretty smart for a left winger. He lets his liberal ideals interfere with what a brain would tell him.

This is more like it. I think that any plan that does not include tort reform is going to be a big problem. We will have to wait and see if the trial lawyers will allow the Democrats to address this issue in a responsible manner.
