that's exactly why I stopped attending pro football games. The last time I went out as a 14 year old, some wasted raider fans tried to kick my ass. They had to be at least in their thirties, and i was but a sheltered little child who did not know what the world had in store for me.

This kind of stuff happens more than people think.

This kind of stuff happens more than people think. To varying degrees, it happens after (and before, and during) almost every single game. Charger games are a lot of fun if you're drunk, not so much if you're sober. MLB games are getting this way too.

I've seen plenty of people go and not get drunk and still have a great time.

Obviously you haven't been to a Dodger or Giant game in the last decade. If it wasn't for my wife, I would have taken on four drunken G fan idiots after the last game of the season in 2010 in SF.

If it wasn't for my wife, I would have taken on four drunken G fan idiots after the last game of the season in 2010 in SF. LOL. That's what I meant. I haven't been into Petco Park since the bait and switch went into full throttle (won't re-enter the place until a real owner buys the team), but even five years ago it was BAD. Dodger Stadium, been there recently, probably won't go back even though I love the place. It's become a haven for straight up gangsters. Pac Bell park was pretty tame last time I was there for a Padre game season before last. Pac Bell used to be tame in comparison to Dodger stadium, but a Dodger fan was shanked and killed a couple weeks ago up here during the last D/G series: www.cbssports.com/mlb/eye-on-baseball/23856243/dodgers-fan-fatally-stabbed-following-wednesdays-dodgersgiants-game

Thats not a fight, more like a Cat Fight.
50-60K people in a tight area, this will happen.
Ever been to Fayatteville, NC on or after the 1st or 15th? 37K paid paratroopers can really cause quite a mess.
